1. Fill in your personal data
First. open the online BPJS Health website page here (when I checked, the page was missing – you may have better luck). Please fill in your personal data according to the personal files that you have correctly. Including data regarding full address, date of birth and National Identity Card (KTP) number. (I guess but not sure that SKTT number would work
2. Select classes and health facilities
After filling in your personal data, choose the class of health facility, the choice of hospital for referral, and the final attachment (not clear what this is) for foreign nationals who want to get BPJS Health facilities.
Choose the health class according to your wishes, starting from class I, II, III. The different classes affect what sort of room you get in hospital, not the level of health care. Keep in mind, the cost of contributions per month varies.
When I registered (not on line) only these banks were allowed. BJB, BPN, Mandiri, BNI, BRI, BCA. BCA did not allow annual payment, only monthly.
3. Save personal data
After entering personal data, save it and wait for a registration reply from BPJS Kesehatan. Usually BPJS Health will send a virtual account number via e-mail. Please check your e-mail regularly and print out the attachments.
4. Process payments and register as participants
After the process of storing personal data, now is the time for you to pay your initial BPJS Health contribution. You can pay through a bank or post office. Don’t forget to bring your virtual account number when you want to pay the clerk.
After the payment has been made, please print and save each proof of payment. Now you are registered as a BPJS Kesehatan participant. Please check your email again to get an electronic BPJS Health card that you can print yourself.
5. Pick up the card at the nearest BPJS Health branch
You can also go to the nearest BPJS Kesehatan branch office to the card printing section to pick up an ID card. Provide files such as registration forms, virtual account numbers , and proof of payment to the officer.
